Ms Sue Allen, 54, has been promoted to Customer Service Officer for Blue Sky Leisure which incorporates, Blue Sky Homes, Kelling Heath Holiday Park, Woodhill Holiday Park and ZAKS Fine American Restaurants.

Her promotion aligns the company’s management structure to its vision of “Passionate about our Service”. She will work closely with the management team to managing and acting on the findings of all customer feedback and develop and implement a customer service training programme to all staff.

Sue has worked with ZAKS and in the food industry for over 35 years and recently passed her Level 4 Food Safety Management course which now enables her to teach staff Level 2 Food Safety Management across all the businesses. 

Sue said: “I am highly highlighted to be given the opportunity to use my knowledge and experience to inspire all our people the achieve greatness in customer service.”

At the recent Blue Sky Leisure staff conference, Sue was praised for her dedication and commitment to the company and going that extra mile in customer service. Ian Hacon, Chief Executive Officer said “Once we established the need for the role, Sue was the natural choice for us. She is one of the mostly natural friendly and infectious customer focused people I have ever met. I am sure that her passion will achieve our vision.”
